Stowe Club Highlands - Stowe

Originally meant to house a 100-unit hotel and conference center with sport facilities, the 240 acres adjacent and uphill of the Stowe Country Club now contains 36 single-family residential units, 4 multi-residential units, and a 30-unit hotel and restaurant.

Trudell Consulting Engineers (TCE) is still involved with this project that began in 1985, working on the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the 40,000 gallon per day on-site wastewater system. O&M includes biweekly groundwater monitoring, quarterly sampling (of the groundwater, stream, and effluent), annual inspection of the complete sewer collection system (including the pump stations), disposal fields, and reporting.

TCE provided planning, surveying, engineering, planting, and permitting services in addition.
