Powder's Edge - Stowe

Powder’s Edge is a proposed 9-lot subdivision containing eight homes and one, eight-acre, open-space lot. Over 26.44 acres, the site is located in Stowe, off the east side of Sylvan Park Road.

Trudell Consulting Engineers (TCE) involvement includes site design for the eight single-family residences in the wooded subdivision, erosion control design, permitting, construction details, wetland delineation, boundary survey, and stormwater management.

TCE designed the stormwater management to utilize the land’s natural filtration functions, to minimize off-site discharge of pollutants to ground and surface water, and to discourage any additional stormwater that is created as a result of the project from discharging at a rate greater than the existing discharge rate.
