James Farm at Mount Philo - Charlotte
Located in Charlotte, James Farm at Mount Philo is a 108-acre parcel
off of Spear Street. Trudell Consulting Engineers involvement with
the project includes site design for nine new building lots, stormwater
calculations and report, wastewater design, fire pond design, erosion
control planning, state and local permitting, surveying and boundary-line
configuration.
Fifty-seven percent of the site is preserved for wildlife habitat,
and one of the nine lots is left open-space as a view easement.
