Trudell Consulting Engineers (TCE), working in conjunction with Kessel Duff, is involved with the development of this rapidly growing medical software company’s South Burlington, Vermont location.

TCE was part of the original design team for IDX’s 1989 expansion, and has maintained its relationship with IDX for two subsequent additions. More recently, two stormwater ponds were added to the site to meet requirements developed by the Bartlett Brook Watershed Protection Overlay District. The State Water Quality Division inspects projects within the impaired watershed to ensure the water quality of Lake Champlain is not degraded.

Additionally, the project has previously included expansion of the three story corporate headquarters on its 16-acre property. TCE provided design, roadway extensions to municipal streets, construction of both public and private utilities, an expanded parking lot, and State and local permit acquisition.
