Catamount Industrial Park - Milton
Trudell Consulting Engineers (TCE) began
work on Catamount Industrial Park in
1983 for the Greater Burlington Industrial
Corporation (GBIC) and presently
continues its involvement with on-going
stormwater permitting issues.
The 174-acre lot (a former racetrack) was
split into 26 industrial lots with on-site
water and wastewater systems.
Development of Catamount Industrial
Park included the construction of over
one mile of Town roadway and utilities.
Located off Route 7 in Milton, Vermont,
TCE was involved in all aspects of the civil
engineering design, permitting, and
construction. TCE has also provided site
engineering for multiple lots within the
development, including services such as
grading, landscaping, lighting, septic
system design, underground fuel tanks,
stormwater analysis and permitting
assistance.
We have provided site engineering and permitting for a variety
of lot owners within the park including Villanti & Sons, Chase,
RelaxR and Mansfield Heliflight.
