(ESI) www.esivt.com a fast growing civil engineering firm based in Winooski, VT. All current ESI employees will be joining TCE, including its founder, Jeffery A. Padgett, P.E., who will serve as Vice President of Customer Relations for TCE at the Williston location. John Pitrowiski, P.E., will continue to serve as TCE’s Vice President of Sales. With the merger, TCE’s professional and knowledgeable staff will continue to offer a variety of civil engineering, permitting, landscape architecture, environmental, and survey related services to our combined existing and new clients throughout Vermont.
